On 16 January 2025, the AGCRA Mount Rainier Chapter hosted an inspiring mentorship session at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), bringing together Adjutant General's Corps Soldiers and leaders from across the installation.

The session focused on expanding professional relationships by encouraging participants to engage with individuals outside their organizations and to connect with leaders of higher rank.

The event opened with remarks from COL Michelle Waguespack, Assistant Chief of Staff, G1, America's First Corps (I Corps), whose words set the tone for the session.
