In honor of the 250th Anniversary of the Adjutant General's Corps, the Human Resources professionals of the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command are commemorating this historic milestone through a series of team-building, resilience, leadership, and professional development events across the Korean Peninsula.
The celebration began with a guided historical tour of the 2nd Infantry Division, Eighth Army, and Korean Theater of Operations Museum at Camp Humphreys. Led by COL (Ret) William Alexander and SFC Morrissey, the tour provided rich insights into the legacy and contributions of HR professionals, logistics, and combat arms Soldiers in Korea, deepening the team's understanding of the AG Corps' enduring mission.

The team was also warmly welcomed by LTC Celina Pargo, Commander of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution-Korea (DLA-K), and her outstanding staff. During the visit, our HR professionals gained valuable insight into joint logistics operations and DLA's critical role in sustaining U.S. and allied forces. The celebration continued at Camp Carroll, where the team toured DDDK's state-of-the-art, modernized warehouse. The visit highlighted innovations in logistics and workforce integration that ensure readiness and operational excellence.

Additionally, Team 19 conducted an HR University in collaboration with the Military Personnel Directorate Reassignments Section and the Finance Office. This internal professional development forum provided critical training, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional alignment, enhancing HR service delivery and reinforcing the Corps' commitment to excellence in Soldier support.

Recognizing the importance of wellness, Team 19 partnered with the Warrior Adventure Quest Team at Camp Walker for a day of resilience, fun, and team bonding. HR professionals took a well-deserved break to enjoy ATVing and paintball at Eden Valley, promoting balance and strengthening esprit de corps.

These engagements not only honored the AG Corps' proud heritage but also strengthened the professional bonds, operational effectiveness, and personal resilience of the 19th ESC HR team. Here's to 250 years of service, leadership, and dedication. Team 19! Every Soldier Counts!
Defend and Serve!
